I'm so excited to announce that my classes and workshops will launch in the spring. Each year, I take March as my yearly nesting period to prepare for the upcoming year. I'll hold classes and workshops from April to August, then I'll take September for my annual blessing period. During this time, I will celebrate the many blessings I've experienced and love on my family. Classes will resume in October and run till February.
My class schedule for the first half of the year is available on my website, and the first round of classes and workshops are included in this email. Click the images below to sign up for a class or workshop.

Birthy things you should know
This year marks the 8th Annual Black Maternal Health Week (BMHW), which will be held from April 11-17, 2025! The BMHW25 theme, “Healing Legacies: Strengthening Black Maternal Health Through Collective Action and Advocacy”, honors the resilience of Black Mamas while addressing systemic injustices that shape Black maternal health outcomes. This week highlights the necessity of collaboration, policy change, and community-based solutions to advance Black maternal health equity.
Founded by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance (BMMA), Black Maternal Health Week (BMHW) is an annual weeklong campaign held each April during National Minority Health Month aimed at amplifying the voices of Black Mamas and centering the values and traditions of the reproductive and birth justice movements.
Remember: Life's a journey🌀, so take it one step at a time!👟 Have a blessed week.💗
